They Cloned Tyrone (2023) : A sci-fi mystery caper tale where an unlikely trio investigate a series of eerie events. Warning them of the nefarious conspiracy lurking under the hood of their car, local drug dealer Fontaine was shot and killed by rival Isaac. Then, shocked to wake up in his bed the next morning unharmed, he and Slick, Charles and Yo-Yo begin investigating the incident. And the search eventually leads them to a large basement where a government-sponsored lab is conducting experiments on the local black population. Realizing that he was an artificial clone controlled by Nixon, Fontaine was initially despondent. but decided that he needed to stand up against these white institutional overlords for the sake of his neighbors.
