Hatchet 3 (2013) : Story After apparently killing Victor Crowley, Marybeth Dunston returns to the city bloody and confused. She walked into the Jefferson County Police Department. where she was quickly taken into custody Because she was holding Victor’s scalp. Upon the discovery of a murder at Honey Island Swamp, Marybeth is placed as the prime suspect in the murder by Sheriff Fowler. Even though she swears she’s innocent. Fowler headed into the swamp with the medics and fire department. leaving Deputy Winslow in charge of the station until he returns.
